Refund Policy
At Diksha Life Saver Society, we are committed to transparency and ethical handling of all donations and transactions. Please read our refund policy carefully before proceeding with any contribution.
1. No Refund Once Donation is Made
All donations made to Diksha Life Saver Society are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed and received by the organization, no request for refund will be entertained, regardless of the mode or reason of payment.
2. Exception – Mistaken Transactions
In rare cases, if a payment is made accidentally or due to technical error, such as:
- Double payment
- Incorrect amount entry
- Payment made unintentionally by the donor
Then, only after proper verification and internal approval, a refund may be processed. The donor must contact us within 3 working days of the transaction and provide proof of the error.
👉 “Only payments made by mistake will be considered for a refund. All other payments are strictly non-refundable.”
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (in case of a valid mistake), please send an email to dikshamodernacadmey@gmail.com with:
- Full name
- Transaction ID
- Donation amount
- Date of transaction
- Reason for refund request
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original source of payment.
4. Organization’s Right
Diksha Life Saver Society reserves the full right to approve or deny any refund request based on the verification of facts and nature of the transaction. The organization’s decision will be final and binding.
