By making a donation, the donor acknowledges that the contribution is voluntary and made without any expectation of goods, services, or favors in return. All donations to Diksha Life Saver Society are final and non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Contributions

All donations made to Diksha Life Saver Society are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. We encourage all donors to carefully verify the donation amount and other details before completing the transaction.

3. Use of Funds

The Society ensures that all donations are used solely for charitable purposes in line with our mission. However, the allocation of funds shall be at the discretion of the management based on need and priority.

4. Payment Responsibility

The donor is solely responsible for the accuracy of the payment details. Diksha Life Saver Society holds no liability for the source of the donation once it has been received through valid payment methods.

5. International Donations

We accept international donations up to ₹1,00,000 INR per transaction, subject to regulatory compliance. Transactions above this limit are currently restricted.

6. Domestic Donations

There is no maximum limit for national (India-based) donations. Donors are free to contribute as per their will and capacity.

7. Compliance and Verification

Diksha Life Saver Society reserves the right to verify the identity of donors if required under any applicable laws or for transparency purposes.

8. Privacy and Data Security

All donor information is kept strictly confidential and used only for record-keeping, legal compliance, and issuing receipts. We do not share donor data with third parties without consent.

9. Modification of Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated or modified without prior notice. Donors are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
